Can I move the dumpster after it has been placed?

No, once the dumpster has been placed by our team, it should not be moved. Moving the dumpster could cause damage to your property, the dumpster, or result in safety hazards. If you need to reposition the dumpster, please contact us, and we can arrange a safe relocation.

How do I know when my dumpster will be picked up?

Your dumpster rental includes a 10-day rental period. If you’re finished with your dumpster sooner, just give us a call, and we’ll arrange for an earlier pickup. If you need more time, you can extend your rental for an additional daily fee. We strive to make the pickup process as flexible as possible for our customers.

What if I fill the dumpster before my project is complete?

If you fill your dumpster before your project is finished, we offer swap-out services. We can deliver an empty dumpster and remove the full one, so you can continue working without interruption. Additional fees may apply, so please contact us for details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is typically collected when you place your order. If you require other payment arrangements, please contact our office to discuss your needs.

Can I rent a dumpster for a single day?

Is there a weight limit for the dumpsters?

Yes, each dumpster size comes with a weight limit: 3 tons for the 15-yard dumpster, 5 tons for the 20-yard dumpster, and 8 tons for the 30-yard dumpster. If your dumpster exceeds the weight limit, there is an additional charge of $50 per ton over the specified weight.
